Mother’s Day Breakfast - Vegan Peanut Butter Waffles
A lovely Mothers Day Treat!
You will need a Waffle Iron for this recipe.
1 1/2 cups (375 ml) almond milk
2 cups (500 g) wheat flour
1/4 cup (62.5 ml) coconut oil
1/4 cup (62.5 ml) Peanut Hottie Powdered peanut butter mixed with equal parts water
1/4 cup (62.5 ml) agave nectar substitute for honey
1 tsp cinnamon
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp nutmeg
1 pinch sea salt
1 1/2 tsp baking powder
Whisk all ingredients together until smooth in a medium bowl.
Spray waffle iron with coconut oil non stick spray.
Pour batter evenly across waffle iron.
Cook until golden brown. Serve with fresh fruit or Coconut yoghurt. Enjoy!
