Recipes Using Peanut Hottie

Mother’s Day Breakfast - Vegan Peanut Butter Waffles

A lovely Mothers Day Treat!

You will need a Waffle Iron for this recipe.

  • 1 1/2 cups (375 ml) almond milk

  • 2 cups (500 g) wheat flour

  • 1/4 cup (62.5 ml) coconut oil

  • 1/4 cup (62.5 ml) Peanut Hottie Powdered peanut butter mixed with equal parts water

  • 1/4 cup (62.5 ml) agave nectar substitute for honey

  • 1 tsp cinnamon

  • 1 tsp vanilla extract

  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg

  • 1 pinch sea salt

  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder

  • Whisk all ingredients together until smooth in a medium bowl.

  • Spray waffle iron with coconut oil non stick spray.

  • Pour batter evenly across waffle iron.

  • Cook until golden brown. Serve with fresh fruit or Coconut yoghurt. Enjoy!
